The efficiency of the preparation baths is guaranteed by a boiler, a distribution network and:
  • heating by recovery of thermal energy from exhaust gases from furnace and immersed-tube burner   • distribution by motorised valves and exchangers
• independent control of bath temperatures

Drying oven (bottom photograph )
Current quality constraints and the reduction of zinc loss by spraying prompted us to design these economical and sophisticated drying ovens:
• heating by recovery of thermal energy from furnace exhaust gases
• temperature adjustable up to 130°C
• constant mixing of internal air		   • automatic charge transfer (3 to 5 positions)
• integration into production lines (products in barrels)
